T-Mobile | Production at Scale

THE CHALLENGE

T-Mobile needed a large-scale commercial production executed on an exceptionally compressed timeline: two weeks from kickoff to premiere. The commercial featured a celebrity professional baseball player, adding another layer of talent coordination, scheduling and production complexity.

The challenge wasn’t simply to produce the creative. It was to build the entire production infrastructure around it: crew, casting, locations, scheduling, budget, vendors, legal documentation and logistics while protecting the quality expected of a major international brand.

THE PRODUCTION

TWO WEEKS.

ZERO ROOM FOR ERROR.

I took ownership of the production from pre-production through final delivery, building the team and infrastructure necessary to move from brief to set at speed.

I assembled and managed the crew, selected the location, coordinated casting and celebrity talent, built the production schedule, managed the budget and vendors, handled production documentation, directed the shoot and oversaw post-production.

The production was completed on schedule and under budget.

MY ROLE

Director · Producer · Production Management · Crew Hiring & Management · Casting · Celebrity Talent Coordination · Location Scouting · Budget Management · Scheduling · Vendor Management · Client/Agency Communication · Shot Planning · Production Logistics · Releases & NDAs · Post-Production Oversight

I led the commercial production end-to-end, balancing creative direction with the operational demands of a large-scale shoot on an accelerated timeline. From assembling the crew and managing celebrity talent to controlling the budget, directing on set and overseeing delivery, I moved the production from brief to finished commercial.

THE OUTCOME

UNDER BUDGET.

ON SCHEDULE.

INTERNATIONAL REACH.

The commercial was successfully delivered for T-Mobile and distributed internationally. The production maintained creative quality at scale while coordinating celebrity talent, an entire youth baseball team and complex production logistics, and came in under budget.
